Why Design / Build

Simply because it's so efficient.  There are almost no expensive change orders, subs work off a calendar and know what to expect so they can charge less,  you have peace of mind because you know what's going on at all times with daily updates and weekly meetings.  At the end of the day your remodel will be fun and actually cost you less.

One company will be by your side through the whole process.  This eliminates expensive problems, change orders, over runs, and the "I wish we would have... which are typical to most remodeling projects.

There are 4 steps in the Design/Build process.  Dream it - See it - Build it - Enjoy it.

Dream it.

This was an almost unusable kitchen, but they had a dream.

They weren't sure how to get it there, but that's what we do.

We know what a baking center, prep area, serving area, etc. needs to have to function well.  We know how flow patterns should work, where lighting needs to be and what kind will do what you are trying to achieve.  By asking questions and listening, we work together as a team to form your dream kitchen.

On the first visit we will work with you to develop a good plan, help you set a workable budget & time frame.

See it:

Yes, you will see it before we build it.  You can move doors & windows, adjust walls, all with just the click of a mouse for free, instead of with expensive change orders later.  (Our projects have very few, if any, change orders because of this.)

When we are done, you will know exactly what it will cost, how long it will take & what it will look like.

Build it:

We give you a calendar of events and the day to arrives.  Dust walls are put up, tarps down, and your dream begins to take shape.

During the building process you will know when things are happening.  You will get daily updates and we will sit down weekly and go over what is happening next week.

Enjoy it:

This is where the old stove and refrigerator were.  Quite a difference.

The most common comment we got on this kitchen, was not on it's beauty, but on how well it functioned.

We believe your kitchen should be like a vacation picture.  Every time you look at it, it brings back good memories.
